AhlulBayt News Agency - The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) stormed at dawn Saturday a number of towns and villages in Nablus to the north of the West Bank.
Eyewitnesses told a Palestine News reporter that a number of Israeli troops stormed Awarta and Burin towns and deployed throughout the neighborhoods amid heavy firing of teargas bombs.
No arrests were reported during the raid.
In Jenin, several homes were also stormed in Yabad town south of the city including a prisoner’s home.
Local sources said that Israeli forces were deployed in large numbers between the olive groves near the town and carried out combing operations in the area.
Local homes located on the outskirts of Yabad town are usually subjected to daily raid and search campaigns as they are located near Mabo Dotan settlement.
Along the same line, IOF soldiers stormed al-Quds University in Jericho to north of the West Bank amid heavy firing of teargas bombs.
